  1. Click the battery icon in the menu bar
  2. Look for apps listed under β€œApps Using Significant Energy”
  • Check Battery Health
  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click Battery
  3. Click Battery Health

Make sure the status says “Normal”

  • Adjust Screen Brightness
  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click Displays
  3. Check “Automatically adjust brightness”
